How do I make a warranty claim for my Panasonic product?

 

Answer

Panasonic handle all warranty claims directly, including items which arrive faulty within 30 days. As a first step, we recommend checking Panasonic's troubleshooting page.

If you continue to have trouble, you can contact Panasonic via their website.

Please note that Panasonic may require that you supply a tax invoice with your phone's IMEI number - this is a 15-digit number which can be found on the sticky white label of your phone's box. You may also be able to find the IMEI number near the SIM card insertion slot on your phone. If Panasonic requires an updated tax invoice displaying your IMEI number, please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist.
