How do I make a warranty claim for my HP product?


Answer

HP handles all warranty claims directly, including items which arrive faulty within 30 days of shipment.

As a first step, we recommend checking HP's troubleshooting website.

If you continue to have trouble, you can contact HP via their website

If HP report the product as faulty and require us to arrange a replacement, please contact us with all the details. We will also need the case reference number provided to you by HP.
