Question

How do I make a warranty claim for items which are faulty or damaged?

Answer

We are always sorry to learn of any product problems, but are here to help. The first step is to determine if your product is damaged or faulty.

Damaged items are items which have been clearly damaged in transit - broken parts and so on.  Please contact us with your order number, a description of the damage and attaching any digital photos if possible (this helps us to get a better understanding of the damage).

Faulty items are items which have arrived undamaged but are not operating correctly, have a manufacturing fault, or develop a fault later on. Please select the relevant brand/manufacturer below to begin a warranty claim for a faulty item.

If your item's brand or manufacturer is not listed below, please contact us to submit your claim.
