Refunds not available for incorrect choice or change of mind

Can I obtain a refund if I've changed my mind about a product or I selected the wrong item?

 

Answer

We are only able to offer product returns in cases of items which arrive faulty or damaged.

If you don't wish to keep a purchase, you may want to try selling it on eBay or a classifieds site for profit. Many of our buyers are reporting great success with buying items and then reselling for profit.

In some cases, we may be able to refund the item price if the product is unopened.
